ACC information

The ACC is a committee of volunteers who are typically property owners and residents of Dixie Springs. The recorded Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) of the Dixie Springs subdivision provide for the organization and existence of the ACC, and the main responsibility of the ACC is to provide a vehicle for ensuring compliance with those CC&Rs among builders and residents.

The residents should be familiar with the CC&Rs on the Information page and the Building Standards on the Builders page. These apply not only to builders. They apply to any changes made to your home after it is completed.

The ACC is here is help you if you have any questions about any of these documents. If you are considering an update to your home, it is a good idea to contact the ACC with questions before submitting any documention. Keep in mind that many updates to your home require prior approval of the ACC.

Steps to Get Approval for Existing Home Changes

Many changes that you make to your home after it is built must be approved by the ACC. For example, you need ACC approval if you add an addition, a shed, re-stucco the house, add solar, add a shelter, add a wall, etc. If you are not sure, please email us at Dixie Springs ACC and we will help you out.

The documentation the ACC needs depends on what you are doing. For example, if you are going to add a shed, a picture of the shed (it could be from the company's web site), the size, the colors and the materials will need to be provided. If you are updating the stucco, the stucco color and manufacturer are needed.

Fill out the Change Review Certificate with the information about your changes and provide it to the ACC

The completed certificate can be provided to the ACC one of three ways:

  • Scan the completed certificate into a PDF file and email it to Dixie Springs ACC. It must be legible.
  • Print and place into the Dixie Springs ACC box mounted below the bulletin board at the corner of Dixie Springs Drive and Wilson Drive
  • Print and mail to Dixie Springs ACC, PO Box 358, Hurricane UT 84737.

You will receive an email back from the ACC when your documentation has been reviewed. You may be asked for more information. When your documentation has been approved, you will get an email with the approval.
